    How often are new items released?
    Shoes batches are released monthly, however you may see various shoes and clothing items dropped throughout the month to serve your demand & variety fulfillments.If you would like to be the first to know, sign up to our newsletter at checkout to get access to upcoming items, sales, and promo codes!
    How soon will my order be here?
    Please allow 3-10 business days for your order to ship. It is shipping internationally, so your patience is highly appreciated. In the meantime, you can track your order to get detailed updates from the courier themselves.
    How do I track my order?
    You may track your order from the "Orders" tab on your account page, or by checking the tracking number sent to the e-mail associated with your account.
    My Order Never Arrived!
    If tracking shows that order has not arrived, or if we have sent to the wrong address initially provided, we will offer a full refund or reshipment at your choice, as stated in the refund policy. Please contact us, with evidence, to initiate this process. We will not offer any sort of compensation for address error or any user-fault made before making payment.

    What is your refund policy?
    Returns are not available. Refunds are not accepted unless we made an error. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your order, i.e ⠀ ⠀ You got the wrong item, The quality is nothing like the photo, The order never arrived, Or the items have any/unacceptable damage, then please contact us A.S.A.P with photos of your order. Evidence of our mistake is necessary. Let us fix our mistake, through your choice of a refund or reshipment + a gift, if ever a mistake should occur(While this is rare, this message only serves to be pre-emptive to your concerns).
    My order hasn’t shipped yet and it is paid! Can I change my order?
    Short answer: No. Please ensure everything is correct on your order before you place purchase and make payment. If you message us quick enough, we may be able to add / replace an item or modify the shipping address if you need it. Note that our fulfillment process is fast; If we ship an order before we read your inquiry(assuming one was sent), there is nothing we can do and we will not accept responsibility for user-faults made after payment.
